Kairry Panna कैरी पन्ना (कच्चे आम का रस / Raw Mango Juice) recipe


कैरी पन्ना (कच्चे आम का रस)

Ingredients:

1. Raw Mango (kairry)        2 pieces of Medium Size

2.  Black salt                        1 tsp
3.  Normal salt                     1 tsp or as per test
3.  Roasted cumin seeds (zeera) powder
4.  Mint leaves                     7-10 leaves
5.  Sugar                               1 tbsp






Normal and black salt should be equal proportion..

Process:

Boil the kairry in cooker with 2 whistle, take out the pulp of kairry, take in a mixture jar and add black n normal salt, zeera powder, mint leaves and sugar... blend in a mixer..

Either serve
1. With ice and mint leaves....:-) :-) or

2.  Put for 1 hour in freeze and then serve with mint leaves
