दोस्तों पिछले सप्ताह बीएसएनएल के कर्मचारियों ने दिल्ली में अपने ऑफिस से संचार भवन तक मार्च करके सरकार और कंपनी के द्वारा लिए जाने वाले निर्णयों का विरोध किया था और अल्टीमेटम दिया था कि उनके तीसरा वेतन संशोधन लागू किया जाए।

यह मार्च तीन दिन का था ईसी बीच कुछ मीटिंग उच्च अधिकारियों के साथ में हुई जिसमें बताया गया कि जो भी बातें मीडिया में लाई जा रही है उसमें ज्यादा प्रतिक्रिया देने की जरूरत नहीं है। फिलहाल हालात बेहतर है। तनख्वाह समय पर मिल जाएगी और कंपनी बंद नहीं की जाएगी।

सरकार का रुख भी खुलकर सामने आया। सरकार इस बात पर अड़ी हुई है कि डी.ओ.टी. के समय के कर्मचारियों को जल्द से जल्द रवाना कर के घर भेज दिया जाए। क्योंकि उनका मानना है कि आज का समय डिजिटल का समय है ऐसे में पुराने व्यक्ति किसी काम के नहीं हैं और कंपनी की आमदनी में कोई योगदान नहीं दे रहे हैं।और अच्छी खासी सैलरी लेकर कंपनी के ऊपर बोझ बने हुए हैं ।
सरकार इसी मुद्दे पर दृसंकल्पित है । पुराने कर्मचारियों को घर का रास्ता दिखाना चाहती है।

वही दूसरी ओर कर्मचारी संगठनों का कहना है कि। इस कंपनी को उन्होंने अपने खून पसीने से खड़ा किया है तो उनके साथ ऐसा व्यवहार नहीं होना चाहिए।।

जी हां। वो सन 1950 से 1980 का दौर था तब दूरसंचार सेवाएं की शुरुआत हुई देश में।
बॉम्बे से हार्बर तक पहली टेलीफोन लाइन बिछी थी।

पोस्ट एंड टेलीग्राफ डिपार्टमेंट में से पोस्ट (India Post) और टेलीफोन (DoT) को अलग - अलग करके दो विभागों में बांटा गया।।

फिर डॉट (Dept. Of. Telecommunication) में से बीएसएनएल को एक नई कॉरपोरेट कंपनी (PSU) बना करके अक्टूबर 2000 में अलग कर दिया। जिसके पास खुद के नीति और नियम बनाने की पावर नहीं है। सारे नीति निर्धारण अधिकार DOT के पास रह गए और सिर्फ ऑपरेशन के अधिकार बीएसएनएल को दिए गए ।।

सरकार का कहना है कि वर्क फोर्स कम होने के बाद में यंग टैलेंटेड एग्जिक्यूटिव्स आज के समय में बचे हुए कार्य के लिए प्रयाप्त है। आजकल ज्यादातर कार्य मोबाइल और इंटरनेट फील्ड का ही रह गया है । वायरलाइन बिजनेस तो लगभग ठप्प हो गया है। मोबाइल बिजनेस थोड़ा रिटर्न दे रहा है। कंपनी चाहती है मोटी पगार वाले व्यक्तियों को जो कि अब आज के समय में काम के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं है उनको घर भेज करके सस्ते में कॉन्ट्रैक्ट बेस पर डिप्लोमा और आई टी आई वाले लोगो को रखा जाए और उन से काम लिया जाए। सुपरविजन के लिए जे टी ओ, एस डी ई और डीई केडर से लोग उपलब्ध है । बस यही रूपरेखा बनाई जा रही है । जल्द ही इस पर कार्रवाई शुरू हो जाएगी । यानी कि अगर इन खबरों की माने तोेेे बाकी कि जो खबरें आई थी कि बीएसएनल कर्मचारियों को विदा करना चाहती है तो वह खबर सच होगी। जिसके तहत रिटायरमेंट की आयु 60 वर्ष से घटाकर कर 58 साल कर दिया जाएगा । इसके तहत कंपनी से 36 हजार लोग बाहर हो जाएंगे और बाकी लोगों को वीआरएस का लालच देकर उन्हें भी घर भेज दिया जाएगा । कंपनी का मानना है कि ऐसा करने से ना केवल सैलरी का भार कम होगा बल्कि नए कर्मचारी और टेंडर पर लिए जाने वाले कर्मचारी ज्यादा अच्छे से काम करेंगे और ज्यादा आउटपुट देंगे । तो दोस्तों यह थी पिछले सप्ताह की खबरें जो संडे तक हुई मीटिंग में से निकल कर के आई है और आज सोमवार को यह खबर हमने आप तक पहुंचा दी है । दोस्तों अगर आपको यह खबर पसंद आई है तो अपने साथियों के साथ शेयर करें और हमारा चैनल सब्सक्राइब जरूर करें। आने वाले वीडियो की नोटिफिकेशन आप तक पहुंच सके उसके लिए नोटिफिकेशन बैल जरूर दबाएं । शुक्रिया । धन्यवाद । मिलते हैं अगले वीडियो में । तब तक स्वस्थ रहिए । मस्त रहिए । और देखते रहिए टेकी रॉकी।

BSNL is not ready To Accept Defeat: Planing for 4G, Debt Reduction, VRS To Make A Comeback

State-run telecom operator BSNL has emphatically declared that they will not accept defeat, in these distress times.

A slew of measures have been announced, to tackle the current issues, and to ensure that the organization makes a grand comeback.

BSNL: We Will Not Accept Defeat

After reports emerged that BSNL will fire 31% of their workforce to cut costs, BSNL officials came out, and clarified the things.

As per latest reports coming in, no employee will be fired, and the retirememt age won’t be reduced. But rather, a lucrative VRS or Voluntary Retirement Scheme would be offered, to reduce some load from the workforce, and to save money.

This is only a part of the overall strategy to cut costs, and not the only way.

PMO has intervened in this matter, and things are being worked out.

An unnamed official said, “The government in close coordination with the BSNL Board is actively engaged in working out the voluntary retirement scheme (VRS) with attractive benefits,”

BSNL Chairman: No Employee Will Be Fired, No Change In Retirement Age

After news came in that BSNL will resort to termination of employees and will reduce retirement age to 58 years, there was a panic all around. BSNL has 1.7 lakh employees, and the average age of an employee is 50-55 years.

Refuting these reports, BSNL Chairman Anupam Shrivastava has declared that no employee will be fired, and there will be no change in the retirement age.

क्योंकि हमारे देश बड़ा दुर्भाग्य रहा है। कि पहले मुगलों। ने लू टा, फिर गोरो ने लुटा, अब अपने ही देश के गद्दारों ने लुटा। चाहे चोरी करके भागने वाले हो या अपने कमिशन के लिए अनैतिक सौदे करने वाले नेता हो या पार्टी और चुनावी खर्च का इंतेजाम करने। केलिए गलत पॉलिसीज बनाने वाले देश। केजिम्मदार मुखिया हो।।

कहते है की हम रक्षक है और काम भक्षक वाले करते है।।। तो
साथियों, वोट जरुर करे लेकिन सही आदमी को चुने। और अगर वो अपने मकसद से अलग जाने लगे तो उसके खिलाफ मोर्चा खोलने के लिए भी तैयार रहे क्योंकि बड़ी गलतफहमी में रहते है लोग की। एकबार जीत गए फिर किसकी क्या औकात की उनका कुछ बिगड़ लेंगे।।

प्रशासन उनके कहने चलेगा, कानून के रखवाले भी उनके कहने मे चलेंगे ।।
लेकिन समूह में बड़ी ताकत होती है ।।
नियम कानून जब नेता लोग अपने फायदे के लिए उन्हें बदल सकते है तो जनता के फायदे। के लिए भी बदला जा सकता है ।।

बड़ी विडम्बना है इस देश में ।
लेकिन कोई हल नहीं है।।
तो जिम्मेदारी लेनी होगी आपको।।
बनना होगा खुद जिम्मेदार। ।।
बदलाव कोई और नहीं लेके आएगा।।
आपको खुद लाना होगा बदलाव।।

सामाजिक असमानता का मशला हो ।।
या रोजी रोटी के लिए रोजगार की चिंता ।।
मूलभूत सुविधाओं का मसला हो या
धर्म के नाम पर आपको बाट के खुद बिरयानी खाने वाले लोगो के नाटक हो।।
उस दिखावे से बचना है जो लोग अपने फायदे के लिए दिखाना चाहते है।।
और उस मनसा को समझे जो छुपी हुई है ।।
जो आप टीवी पर देखते है। वॉट्सएप और फेसबुक जैसे सोशल मीडिया पर देखते है।। ये सब प्रायोजित कार्यक्रम है।।
क्योंकि वो समय गुजर गया है जब लोग हथियारों से लड़ाई लड़ते थे ।।
अब सूचना क्रांति का युग है।। लोग आपका ब्रेनवाश करके आपको वो सब सोचते और करने पर मजबूत कर रहे है जैसा वो चाहते है ।।।
तो उठी , जागो, समझो, पहचानो ।।।
और सही दिशा में बढ़ो ।। अपनी ताकत को पहचानो ।।
और देश के जिम्मेदार नागरिक बनो।। देश निर्माण के भागीदार बनें ।।

7th pay commission news | 40,000₹ pay hike for these Central Government employees

2019 is going to be a great year as this year Lok Sabha elections are going to be held and to attract the voters, PM Modi government is trying all possible ways. The long pending issues of 7th pay commission which were held by Modi government or seems to be that they were kept on hold intentionally for the year 2019, so that they can clear the issues and can attract the Central Government employees and many more sectors of public.

These academic staffs will get the benefits of the 7th Pay Commission with effect from January 1, 2016. The central government has said that with the teachers, other staff of universities and colleges will also get a new pay scale.

Lucknow University Associated College Teachers Association (LUACTA) president Manoj Pandey told to a news platform zeebiz.com that implementation of the 7th pay commission will increase the salaries by about Rs 40,000 at professor level while those at the lower level will get a hike up to Rs 7,000.

Manoj Pandey said that the University Grant Commission (UGC) had issued a notice on November 2 to increase the salary of university teachers and employees. However, several states had not implemented the order. Now, after the central government's decision, it will be implemented across the country.

इस बिल के बारे में जानकर सभी नौकरीपेशा लोग खुश हो जाएंगे। दरअसल इस बिल के अनुसार अगर एक बार आपके नौकरी ऑवर्स पूरे हो जाते हैं तो आपको पूरा अधिकार है कि आप ऑफिस के किसी कॉल या ईमेल का जवाब न दें।

राइट टू डिस्कनैक्ट नाम से ये बिल इसलिए लाया जा रहा है ताकि कर्मचारियों के स्ट्रेस को कम किया जा सके।

जिससे कि कर्मचारी की दफ्तरी और निजी जीवन के बीच का तनाव खत्म हो जाएगा। बता दें कि न सिर्फ भारत में बल्कि कई अन्य देशों में भी इस तरह के बिल को लेकर चर्चा चल रही है। फ्रांस, न्यूयार्क और जर्मनी में इसे पेश किया गया। ये विधेयक 28 दिसंबर को पेश किया गया और इसमें कहा गया कि एक कर्मचारी कल्याण प्राधिकरण की स्थापना की जाएगी. इस प्राधिकरण के भीतर आईटी, लेबर मंत्री और कम्यूनिकेशन शामिल होंगे।

Types of Relations
In this section, we would like to study different types of relations. We know that a relation in a set A is a subset of A × A. Thus, the empty set ⍷ and A × A are two extreme relations.

For illustration, consider a relation R in the set A = {1, 2, 3, 4} given by R = {(a, b): a – b = 10}. This is the empty set, as no pair (a, b) satisfies the condition a – b = 10. Similarly, R' = {(a, b) : | a – b | >= 0} is the whole set A × A, as all pairs (a, b) in A × A satisfy | a – b | >= 0. These two extreme examples lead us to the following definitions.

Definition 1 A relation R in a set A is called empty relation, if no element of A is related to any element of A, i.e., R = ⍷ A × A.

Definition 2 A relation R in a set A is called universal relation, if each element of A is related to every element of A, i.e., R = A × A.

Both the empty relation and the universal relation are some times called trivial relations.

Example 1 Let A be the set of all students of a boys school. Show that the relation R in A given by R = {(a, b) : a is sister of b} is the empty relation and R' = {(a, b) : the difference between heights of a and b is less than 3 meters} is the universal relation.

Solution Since the school is boys school, no student of the school can be sister of any student of the school. Hence, R = ⍷, showing that R is the empty relation. It is also obvious that the difference between heights of any two students of the school has to be
less than 3 meters. This shows that R' = A × A is the universal relation.

Remark In Class XI, we have seen two ways of representing a relation, namely
roaster method and set builder method. However, a relation R in the set {1, 2, 3, 4}
defined by R = {(a, b) : b = a + 1} is also expressed as a R b if and only if
b = a + 1 by many authors. We may also use this notation, as and when convenient.
If (a, b) ⍷ R, we say that a is related to b and we denote it as a R b.
One of the most important relation, which plays a significant role in Mathematics,
is an equivalence relation. To study equivalence relation, we first consider three
types of relations, namely reflexive, symmetric and transitive.

Definition 3 A relation R in a set A is called
(i) reflexive, if (a, a) ⍷ R, for every a ⍷ A,
(ii) symmetric, if (a1, a2) ⍷ R implies that (a2, a1) ⍷ R, for all a1, a2 ⍷ A.
(iii) transitive, if (a1, a2) ⍷ R and (a2, a3) ⍷ R implies that (a1, a3) ⍷ R, for all a1, a2✱
a 3 ⍷ A.
Definition 4 A relation R in a set A is said to be an equivalence relation if R is reflexive, symmetric and transitive.

Example 2 Let T be the set of all triangles in a plane with R a relation in T given by R = {(T1, T2) : T1 is congruent to T2}. Show that R is an equivalence relation.

Solution R is reflexive, since every triangle is congruent to itself. Further, (T1, T2) ⍷ R =>T1 is congruent to T2 => T2 is congruent to T1 => (T2, T1) ⍷ R. Hence, R is symmetric. Moreover, (T1, T2), (T2, T3) ⍷ R => T1 is congruent to T2 and T2 is congruent to T3 => T1 is congruent to T3 => (T1, T3) ⍷ R. Therefore, R is an equivalence relation.

Example 3 Let L be the set of all lines in a plane and R be the relation in L defined as R = {(L1, L2) : L1 is perpendicular to L2}. Show that R is symmetric but neither reflexive nor transitive.

Solution R is not reflexive, as a line L1 can not be perpendicular to itself, i.e., (L1, L1) => R. R is symmetric as (L1, L2) ⍷ R✞ L1 is perpendicular to L2 =>L2 is perpendicular to L1=> (L2, L1) ⍷ R. R is not transitive. Indeed, if L1 is perpendicular to L2 and L2 is perpendicular to L3, then L1 can never be perpendicular to L3. In fact, L1 is parallel to L3, i.e., (L1, L2) ⍷ R, (L2, L3) ⍷ R but (L1, L3) => R.

Example 4 Show that the relation R in the set {1, 2, 3} given by R = {(1, 1), (2, 2), (3, 3), (1, 2), (2, 3)} is reflexive but neither symmetric nor transitive.

Solution R is reflexive, since (1, 1), (2, 2) and (3, 3) lie in R. Also, R is not symmetric, as (1, 2) ⍷ R but (2, 1) => R. Similarly, R is not transitive, as (1, 2) ⍷ R and (2, 3) ⍷ R but (1, 3) => R.

Example 5 Show that the relation R in the set Z of integers given by R = {(a, b) : 2 divides a – b} is an equivalence relation.

Solution R is reflexive, as 2 divides (a – a) for all a ⍷ Z. Further, if (a, b) ⍷ R, then2 divides a – b. Therefore, 2 divides b – a. Hence, (b, a) ⍷ R, which shows that R is symmetric. Similarly, if (a, b) ⍷ R and (b, c) ⍷ R, then a – b and b – c are divisible by
