BSNL Encounters Funiest Events at their call centres sometime

BSNL, The largest telecom service provider in India. The biggest ISP of India also. It is serving almost all kind of services in the Telecom sector and is well known for its beautiful service that is Broadband and later on for its vast infrastructure and staff.  But due to lack of knowledge in its staff and misguided by other market players, BSNL encounters funniest movements from customers side,  sometimes. Though BSNL is owing most talented employees at present in the form of SDEs, DR JTOs and DR TTAs. Some funny moments are as below.

1. A customer calls at BSNL and says, hello sir, i am having BSNL Broadband and I have forgot my gmail password, please provide me.
2. Hello, my internet is not working: after visiting and checking, came to know he/she has not turned ON his/her wifi in his/her device.
3. Hello, my broadband not working: after checking on visit: LAN Cable in not connected in PC or Modem Side.
4. Local Area Network is disabled
5. Trying to connect with wifi but dont know password. Password is known to his/her son/daughter/husband only.
6. Fair Usage Policy message asking about opting one option.. upgrade or decline, But not selecting any option and saying net not working.
7. Phone is suspended due to non-payment and saying that we are receiving calls but net not working.
8. Slow sleed complaint, using 16 computers in office and mobiles also over wifi with one 2mbps connection and saying its not two mpbs in any one of the PC.
And funniest ever is

9.  I forgot my wifi password please give me my wifi password.
So this is the time when internet is being used widely and mostly so also need to know some technical terms and basic fundamentals.

Good News for BSNL customers, 2Mbps Minimum -> BSNL has Upgraded Broadband Speed

Telecom Leader BSNL has again took a step ahead in favor of its customers and has decided to increase broadband connections minimum speed.



Earlier Big ISP upgraded its customer minimum speed to 512kbps from 256kbps and now it has again planned to increase the minimum 512kbps speed to 2mbps soon from 1st of October 2015.

2.  Very economical 4Mbps plans with very little charges.
3.  Free Night Calling to Any Network between 9PM to 7AM.
4.  Free Calls on Landline to any network
5.  Free Roaming on BSNL Mobile in all india.

Now the Speed of BSNL's broadband plans, which was earlier 512 Kbps or 1 Mbps will be upgraded to 2 Mbps from 01-OCT-2015. Customers can enjoy this facility without any hazel and request.

and 4Mbps plans were launched for 3 Months period as a promotional activity has remained open for last Month of october, so get them and enjoyed increased Speed as well as Increased Usage of high Speed limit.
